Is Beautiful Light out yet?
No. As checked on September 5, 2026, both official storefronts still present the game as coming in December 2026. Steam exposes a Playtest access request, but that is separate from Early Access launch availability and does not guarantee admission.
Because the official listings provide only a month-level window, this guide does not publish an invented day, regional unlock time, preload date, price, or countdown.
Release announcement timeline
This history is kept on the current status page so older release wording cannot compete with the latest answer. Treat the newest matching official storefront signal as the source of record.
| Current | December 2026 | Beautiful Light is not out yet. Steam and Epic Games Store currently list its Early Access release for December 2026. |
| Verified | September 5, 2026 | Release wording should be rechecked when official pages or store listings change. |
| Countdown | Not shown without exact day | A month or year window is not precise enough for an honest countdown. |

What will change this page
This page should be updated whenever a public source changes release date wording, confirms a demo, lists preload timing, opens pre-orders, updates system requirements, or changes platform availability. The update should include the source label, the date the change was checked, and whether older pages need a correction note.
